《新训日记》由高地音乐创作室原创，歌词全部取材于真实的新训经历，不仅是为了唤起听众的共鸣，也以此纪念我们每一个人的新训时光。它不只是一首歌，更是一封写给青春的信，告诉我们：成长，不是独行，而是携手；不是放弃，而是坚持；不是迷茫，而是看清方向。就像歌中所唱的那样，我们不必成为谁，你我都将成为最好的自己。
