在学校党委的领导下，学校信息化部门聚焦软件成长性构造、适应性演化新特点，落实用户主导、研建用一体要求，构建现代化软件研发体系，开设大学“高地云端”软件工厂，持续为学校提供伴随式软件开发服务。目前，学校90%以上的业务应用和流程由软件工厂自主研发，服务教学、科研、管理各业务领域。
